Real Property Management Express in Sioux Falls seeks a Property Manager to drive leasing performance, deliver outstanding resident experiences, and manage daily operations with a focus on safety and cleanliness. You will promote company values and collaborate across teams to deliver fast, thoughtful service.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid license, strong communication, and the ability to work Monday–Friday with a customer‑service mindset.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technical savvy—you’re comfortable navigating multiple systems and browsers.
• Availability Monday–Friday (8:00 am–5:00 pm CST).
• Passionate about Sales and Customer Service.

Responsabilités

• Drive Leasing Performance: achieve occupancy targets by following up with prospects, conducting tours, and converting leads into applications.
• Deliver Exceptional Resident Experiences: be the primary contact for residents, ensuring timely, professional, empathetic communication and a smooth move‑in.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: own property conditions and daily ops, coordinate with maintenance, enforce cleanliness and safety standards, and manage rent collection/delinquency.
• Be a Cultural Champion: embody company values, take ownership, collaborate across teams, maintain high standards, and deliver fast, resident‑focused service.
• Conduct Market Research: stay informed on local rental trends to advise pricing and property improvements.
• Grow Professionally: participate in required training and ongoing professional development.
