You will coach leasing staff, review reports, deescalate resident issues, and collaborate with maintenance and marketing teams. This role requires at least two years of supervisory experience and an associate degree in business or related field.

• Ability to communicate across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media).

Responsabilités

• Recommending a Leasing Consultant is promoted to an Assistant Manager after several months of coaching and closing any skill gaps.
• Reviewing a leasing report ensuring the team converts prospects to future residents.
• Deescalating situations with residents, aiming for positive reviews.
• Reprioritizing maintenance teams after issues (e.g., water leaks).
• Collaborating with maintenance to reduce supplies costs.
• Brainstorming marketing ideas with the team (e.g., a TikTok day in the life).
