Job summary

Wilhoit Properties, Inc is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee assigned properties in Georgia, drive occupancy, and manage leasing, maintenance, and compliance. The role requires strong finance, marketing, and resident-relations skills.

Proficiency with property management software and excellent communication are essential. You will supervise on-site operations, coordinate advertising programs, review applications, and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management and broad knowledge of finance, leasing, legal, marketing and resident relations.
• Proficient with computer systems and strong written/oral communication skills.
• Reside in Georgia or willing to relocate; tax credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Occupy assigned properties and work to keep units fully leased.
• Lease available units and review rental applications for accuracy and qualifications.
• Prepare leases and ensure compliance with company policy and regulations.
• Supervise all on-site operations and maximize financial returns for owners.
• Ensure site compliance with company policies and procedures and timely team performance.
• Conduct regular unit/grounds inspections to maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained properties.
• Assist in advertising and marketing programs and in preparing weekly/monthly reports.
• Oversee move-in/move-out procedures and processing of invoices; coordinate with Compliance.
