Job summary

The Brittany Apartments - McKinney Properties is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee daily operations, manage leasing, and coach staff. The role reports to the Regional Manager and focuses on maximizing occupancy, resident satisfaction, and budget compliance across the community.

You will lead marketing efforts, coordinate vendors, monitor financials, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and conduct inspections.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of multi-family property management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Experience with property management software, preferably Entrata.
• Experience with the real estate leasing process.
• PA Real Estate License preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep knowledge of the property, the competition, and market position.
• Monitor occupancy and leasing status and make strategic recommendations.
• Oversee leasing team performance and staff scheduling.
• Coach and train staff to meet goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and advertising vendors.
• Manage budgets, payables, deposits, and financial records.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and company rules.
• Oversee move-in/move-out inspections and paperwork.
