Job summary

McKinney Properties, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all aspects of the property, drive leasing success, and enhance resident satisfaction. You will coordinate marketing, manage staff, handle budgets, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws while building strong community relations.

The role requires leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor staff while maintaining high service standards in a competitive market. On-site position with growing properties.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of multi-family property management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Experience with property management software, preferably Entrata.
• PA real estate license preferred; bachelor's degree optional.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, marketing, and resident satisfaction.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing status, and market competition.
• Coordinate staff schedules and supervise leasing, maintenance, and concierge teams.
• Prepare budget, review payables, and manage vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
