Megan Properties Management is seeking an Apartment Property Manager to oversee daily operations across residential communities in Texas. You will manage leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and supervise onsite staff, vendors, and maintenance contractors.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on Fair Housing compliance and budget management. A hands-on leader who can coordinate repairs and support marketing efforts is ideal.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management preferred (affordable housing experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, HUD regulations, and property compliance.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., OneSite, AppFolio).

Responsabilités

• Manage overall property operations including leasing, rent collection, and resident relations.
• Supervise onsite staff, vendors, and maintenance contractors.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including Fair Housing laws.
• Prepare and maintain budgets, financial reports, and occupancy goals.
• Handle resident concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
