Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. seeks a capable Community Manager to oversee budgeting, leasing, and operations for the property. You will manage budgets, post rents, collect payments, and approve invoices while ensuring compliance with insurance and chart-of-accounts standards.

You will analyze market trends to drive occupancy and revenue, address resident concerns, supervise staff, and maintain property standards. A driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze financial statements and manage budgets.
• Experience approving invoices and ensuring proper coding and payment.
• Experience enforcing lease terms, notices, and renewals.
• Ability to monitor and improve occupancy and revenue through market data.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage property budgets and financial statements.
• Set rents and postings; ensure timely collection and deposits.
• Approve vendor invoices and ensure insurance certificates are valid.
• Oversee lease enforcement, notices, evictions, and late fee collection.
• Analyze market trends and implement short- and long-range leasing strategies.
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve service issues promptly.
• Supervise property staff and manage performance per policies.
