Real Property Management Miami Metro is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to support operations and interact with property owners and tenants. You will oversee a small Madison portfolio and a Milwaukee portfolio, coordinate leasing, inspections, and vendor maintenance, while ensuring top-tier client service.

The role emphasizes organization, urgency, and professional demeanor, with opportunities for remote/work-from-home as you establish in the position.

Qualifications

5 or more years of experience in property management, preferably third-party management of scattered site portfolios.
General experience in office administration/organization.
Computer proficiency — Microsoft Office.
AppFolio experience highly preferred.
Local area knowledge and valid driver's license with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

Hands-on management of a small portfolio in Madison and Milwaukee locations.
Leasing agent and showing duties primarily from Madison.
Audit advertisements and monitor leasing activity for properties.
Maintain regular contact with current clients and coordinate with maintenance.
Conduct inspections, manage property correspondence, and onboarding of new owners.
Address tenants in arrears and authorize payment of client invoices.
