Sherman Associates is seeking a Property Manager for Phoenix on the Fax in Denver, CO, overseeing daily operations of a 50-unit affordable housing portfolio and supporting Westminster market-rate properties as needed.

You will lead leasing, marketing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and compliance, while delivering exceptional service and ensuring occupancy and rent collections meet company benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively with community tenants, vendors/external parties, and across corporate divisions.
• Oversee a portfolio of 50-100 residential units strongly preferred.
• Experience with affordable housing programs (HUD/MFHA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of resident and tenant relations, safety/security, maintenance, marketing and leasing.
• Walk properties regularly to ensure compliance with rules and maintenance standards.
• Coordinate with corporate support staff on management procedures and reporting.
• Prepare resident files, move-out materials and compliance paperwork.
