Job summary

Founders Property Management in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the property, ensure it is well maintained, and achieve occupancy and budget goals. You will lead a leasing and maintenance team, promote a positive work environment, and deliver an exceptional resident experience.

The ideal candidate has residential property management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and is motivated to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Previous residential property management experience.
• Strong communication, influencing and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead sales and maintenance teams to achieve property goals.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive, professional environment that supports enthusiasm, accountability and teamwork.
• Meets commitments through timeliness, follow through and accountability; expects the same of team in the course of their duties.
• Oversees the performance of all team members and conducts annual evaluations with recommendations for growth.
• Ensures compliance with industry rules and company policies relating to residents and coworkers.
• Supports occupancy initiatives and ensures adequate staff and resources to lease apartments and service residents.
• Reviews property financial data to ensure budgets, benchmarks and goals are met; recognizes success and addresses shortfalls.
• Establishes schedules and ensures adequate staff to support leasing and resident services.
• Oversees training for all employees and promotes safety on the property.
