Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Savannah, GA is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, and financial performance of a residential community. You will manage rents, occupancy, collections, and expenditures, while delivering excellent service to residents.

The role requires supervising onsite staff, enforcing policy, coordinating maintenance, and driving renewal programs. You will work with regional leadership to develop annual budgets, asset plans, and growth

Qualifications

• 1 year of onsite property management experience, including leasing and bookkeeping.
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting knowledge.
• Exposure to property management software (Yardi a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial performance of the property, overseeing rents, occupancy, and expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal, and leasing programs to maintain high occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations, including calls, requests, and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Train, coach, and supervise onsite staff.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and assist with budgeting and asset plans.
