Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Property Manager to lead onsite operations across our residential communities. You will oversee financial performance, leasing programs and staff, while delivering great resident relations and ensuring compliance with policy and regulations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of onsite property management experience, strong communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with property management software (Yardi is a plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of onsite property management experience including leasing and bookkeeping.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with property management software; Yardi is a plus.
• Ability to analyze financial information and budgeting.
• Flexible schedule including weekends; valid driver’s license may be required.
• Must be able to tour the community and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial performance of the property by overseeing rents, occupancies and expenditures.
• Oversee resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations, including taking resident calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Willow Bridge Property Company policy, as well as federal and local regulations.
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff effectively.
• Oversee daily leasing paperwork and proper completion of service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections, discuss strategies with the Regional Property Manager and complete annual asset business plans and budget forecasts.
• Assigns and proofs all leasing paperwork
• Audits and adheres to lease file policy with consistency
• Additional duties as assigned.
