Job summary

Gates Hudson is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all operations at one or more properties in the Winchester area. You will coordinate staff, tenants, vendors and budgets to maximize occupancy and property values while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

You will train the Assistant Property Manager, review leases, supervise accounting, and drive resident satisfaction through strong customer service, timely repairs and proactive asset management.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of property management experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant, ADA and fair housing law.
• Ability to lead, develop and mentor a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the annual budget and stay within established guidelines.
• Hire, train and supervise on-site staff.
• Oversee invoices, accounts payable and petty cash handling.
• Coordinate leasing processes and maintain accurate records.
• Promote safety, property maintenance and resident satisfaction.
