You will train the Assistant Property Manager, supervise payments, and coordinate with vendors to maximize occupancy and property value while ensuring safety and compliance with Fair Housing and ADA standards.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Property Manager (required).
• Strong customer service background and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, develop and mentor a team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting and stay within approved budget guidelines.
• Oversee on-site staff and supervise operations to maximize occupancy and property value.
• Manage accounts payable, invoicing, and routine vendor coordination.
• Train staff, conduct performance reviews and monitor timesheets.
• Oversee leasing processes, applicant qualification and lease compliance.
• Maintain resident relations and respond to complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate maintenance, safety, and energy management programs.
• Prepare reports and communicate with ownership and regional management.
