Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in property management with supervisory experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Yardi/MRI and Excel. Weekend work and community leadership are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree plus 3+ years property management experience and 1+ year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operation of leasing and service departments to maintain high retention and customer service levels.
• Manages operations to ensure profitability within the annual operating budget.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers, prospects, residents, vendors and employees.
• Performs market surveys to ensure competitive pricing of offerings.
• Prepares periodic reports on property condition for company leadership.
