Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Commercial Real Estate experience highly preferred.
  • Property Manager license required; candidates must obtain license within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Ability to convey sensitive information and set performance expectations.
  • Leadership skills to motivate team and improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Provide formal supervision to employees; conduct evaluations and coaching.
  • Coordinate and manage daily team activities; set schedules and deadlines.
  • Respond to escalated tenant needs and issues.
  • Act as owner representative; prepare and deliver reports.
  • Develop and control annual operating and capital budgets; forecast plans.
  • Review rent and CAM recovery charges for timely payments.
