The role sits within the Property Management function, managing buildings on behalf of a client or group. The candidate will perform regional financial functions, coordinate with field management and client accounting, and supervise budgets, invoices, and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience performing regional, client account, and department financial functions.
• Ability to act as liaison between field management staff, client accounting services, and management.
• Experience overseeing budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform, coordinate, and supervise various regional, client account, and department administrative, process improvement, and financial functions.
• Act as a liaison between the field management staff, client accounting services, and management.
• Oversee the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects. Manage the coding and processing of vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivables.
• Review and monitor data reports including Accounts Receivable, Income, EBITDA, pipeline, and other business metrics. Evaluate income and expense trends to identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Schedule internal compliance reviews. Report review outcomes and work with management to improve operation compliance.
• Point of contact to provide customer service support to internal and external clients for complex inquiries and questions.
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
