Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Property Management Manager to supervise operations for a single property or a small portfolio, ensuring efficient day‑to‑day performance and client satisfaction.

You will lead staff, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate vendors, and deliver timely reports. A Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years in commercial property management is preferred; experience with Yardi, MRI, Kardin, and MS Office is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of commercial property management experience.
• Experience with Yardi, MRI and Kardin software systems highly desired.
• Ability to convey performance expectations and handle problems clearly.
• Leadership skills to motivate a team and improve quality and efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office products.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Manage day-to-day property management for a portfolio of Industrial and Office properties.
• Prepare and review annual operating expense reconciliations using Yardi, Excel, and Kardin.
• Coordinate daily activities, set schedules, assign tasks and cross-train staff.
• Respond to escalated tenant needs and issues.
• Act as primary contact with property owners and deliver timely reports.
• Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses.
• Forecast management plans and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
