Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Las Vegas is seeking a Property Manager to supervise a team responsible for the operational and financial activities of a single property or small portfolio.

You will lead daily activities, coordinate schedules, respond to tenant needs, conduct site visits, and prepare owner reports to ensure objectives are met. This role emphasizes budgeting, reporting, and adherence to CBRE standards while partnering with owners to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Active and valid California Real Estate License is required
• Prior commercial office property management experience is strongly preferred
• Possession of CPM® or RPA® is preferred
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team and impact quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and lead the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines.
• Respond to raised tenant needs and issues.
• Conduct site visits and property inspections.
• Act as primary contact with property owners, serving as owner representative to ensure that objectives are being met. Prepare and deliver timely, accurate and complete reports.
• Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses. Forecast management plans and prepare monthly performance reports, explaining variances.
• Help create programs that will assist the property with emergency recoveries.
• Prepare all required legal notices for approval.
• Review tenant rent and common area maintenance recovery charges to ensure payment is on time.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Apply knowledge of own job and how own job integrates with other people to achieve team and departmental objectives.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
