Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of multifamily communities in Grapevine, TX. You will lead leasing, maintenance, and admin staff while driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.

You will develop marketing strategies, analyze market rents, and coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely work orders and quality service. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Previous property management experience in multifamily housing preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure.
• Strong customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Working knowledge of property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of apartment communities to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Analyze market rents and maintain competitive pricing.
• Hire, train, and supervise leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and admin personnel.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely work orders, move-ins, and make-readies.
• Manage lease renewals and negotiate terms to maximize retention.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure standards and compliance.
• Maintain financial records, prepare budgets, and analyze performance.
