MRD Apartments is seeking a Property Manager for the Augusta and Hephzibah, GA communities to oversee day-to-day operations and lead on-site teams. You will drive occupancy, leasing, renewal, and resident retention to achieve strong financial performance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience preferred.
• Experience managing a market-rate apartment community.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the on-site property management and maintenance teams.
• Drive occupancy, leasing, renewal, and resident retention goals.
• Oversee day-to-day leasing, marketing, maintenance, and property operations.
• Manage property financial performance, budgets, and expenses.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting through property management systems.
• Build strong relationships with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members.
• Ensure the property is maintained safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and Fair Housing requirements.
• Monitor market conditions and implement strategies to remain competitive.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop property team members.
• Address resident concerns and provide excellent customer service.
