Job summary

DASMEN Residential is seeking a full-time Property Manager in Macon, GA. This role is responsible for day-to-day property operations, financial stewardship, leasing, and resident relations, with emphasis on leadership principles such as Level 5 Leadership and Servant Leadership.

You will report to the Regional Manager, oversee staff and vendors, ensure compliance with company guidelines, and strive to maximize occupancy, revenue, and asset value while delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Property Manager.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Yardi Voyager experience required.
• College degree preferred, high school diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and financials.
• Manage leasing to maximize occupancy and monitor market competition.
• Prepare leases and paperwork; ensure accurate input to systems.
• Lead emergency team and respond to community incidents.
• Supervise staff scheduling and training; enforce company policies.
