Job summary

The JOY FM is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee apartment properties in the Augusta, GA area. You will maximize asset value, drive occupancy and ensure tenant satisfaction through proactive maintenance and financial oversight.

You will design property business plans, manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and report on performance, while building relationships with tenants, contractors, and prospective clients to grow the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office, Yardi and relevant software

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely manner
• Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
• Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
• Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances
• Oversee properties’ personnel and assess performance
• Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
• Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities

$55k - $67k, depending on experience Augusta, GA Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM NOW HIRING!: Property Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of our apartments complex/complexes in the Augusta, GA area. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.
