MRD Apartments is seeking a Property Manager for the Augusta and Hephzibah, GA communities to oversee day-to-day operations and lead on-site teams. You will drive occupancy, leasing, renewal, and resident retention to achieve strong financial performance and resident satisfaction.

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience preferred.
• Experience managing a market-rate apartment community.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the on-site property management and maintenance teams.
