BIGOS MANAGEMENT INC. is seeking a Property Manager for Washington Square in White Bear Lake, MN. You will oversee leasing activities, occupancy levels, and supervise moves, inspections, and maintenance coordination across an 81-unit property.

The role emphasizes resident relations, financial reporting, and compliance with safety programs, while leading a motivated site team. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in Property Management preferred.
• 3–5 years of management experience in property management preferred.
• 1–2 years as a Property Manager or supervisory role preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Yardi Software highly preferred.
• CRM designation preferred.
• Real Estate Licenses must not be active while working in this role.
• Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the site's leasing activity to maximize occupancy.
• Supervise move-in/move-out, create turnover schedule, inspections, coordinate work.
• Regularly review property assets; monitor Preventative Maintenance and coordinate with maintenance team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, contractors, and site team.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
