Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the industry or in a position with similar responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Effective written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing and maintenance to meet policy and 24-hour service requests.
• Supervise staff including training, performance reviews, hiring, promotions and terminations.
• Monitor budget preparation and adherence.
• Obtain bids for repairs and replacement work beyond staff capacity.
