Qualifications

• 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service requests and make-ready units.
• Conduct regular inspections and enforce safety standards.
