Responsibilities

• Interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications.
• Generate a high volume of leasing deals by identifying new prospects and growth.
• Accompany prospective residents to models and discuss apartment features and amenities.
• Qualify prospective residents; verify applications and credit information.
• Prepare lease and move-in documentation and related paperwork.
• Collect rental payments and application fees from residents.
• Promote a positive and proactive approach to resident relations and service.
• Walk and inspect vacancies daily to confirm make-ready status.
• Assist in planning and hosting resident events.
• Maintain knowledge of the marketplace through regular property visits.
