Foundation Communities is seeking a Property Manager for Zilker Studios in Austin to coordinate resources to manage the community and achieve management objectives.

The role includes supervising leasing and maintenance, staff leadership, budget adherence, safety compliance, and delivering excellent resident service while pursuing performance improvements. A $60,000 salary and a $1,000 sign-on bonus are offered.

Salary: $60,000.00 Annually

Minimum Qualifications:
