Legacy Partners in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a full-time on-site Property Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of a multifamily community, including administration, maintenance, and staff supervision. You will direct budgeting, leasing, safety, and resident relations, while coordinating with owners and management to sustain occupancy and profitability.

The role requires on-call availability and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience managing apartment communities or similar property operations.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Team Management – Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate employees; conduct performance reviews and set goals.
• Operations & Compliance – Ensure adherence to policies, fair housing laws, rent collection, leasing, and maintenance.
• Financial Oversight – Manage property budget, expenses, payroll, and leasing performance; monitor collections and reports.
• Marketing & Leasing – Work with Marketing to maximize occupancy through advertising and outreach.
• Resident & Owner Relations – Address resident concerns and oversee move-ins/outs while maintaining satisfaction.
• Safety & Inspections – Conduct regular property inspections and safety meetings for compliance.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking – Prepare budgets, occupancy, market trend reports and operational metrics.
