ZRS Management in Frisco, TX is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multifamily communities. You will drive leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and revenue growth while leading a team of leasing consultants and maintenance staff.

Responsibilities include budgeting, market research for rental rates, and ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. A high school diploma is required, with post-secondary in business or property management

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Experience as a property manager in multifamily apartments preferred.
• Ability to manage leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Determine rental rates via market research and adjust pricing.
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate leasing consultants and staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance to complete work orders and moves.

• Maintain financial records and prepare budgets.
• Ensure compliant with company standards and local regulations.
• Provide timely responses to clients, Regional Manager, and accounting.
