Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations across leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Monitor rental rates through market research and adjust pricing
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate leasing consultants and maintenance staff
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely work orders and move-ins
• Oversee lease renewals and negotiate terms to maximize retention
• Maintain financial records, budgets, and analyze performance
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations
