ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager in Frisco, TX to oversee daily operations of multifamily communities. You will manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations to ensure efficient, profitable property performance.

The role requires leadership of leasing consultants and maintenance staff, strong marketing and market research abilities, and excellent customer service. A high school diploma is required with post-secondary in business or PM preferred; flexible

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• Experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and resident relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of apartment communities, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research to determine rental rates and pricing competitiveness.
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and admin team.
• Coordinate with maintenance for work orders, move-ins, and make-readies.
• Oversee lease renewals, negotiate terms, and maximize resident retention.
• Keep accurate financial records, budgets, and performance analyses.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
