Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or Public Administration or equivalent knowledge/experience.
• Three years of related work experience.
• CPHM/LIHTC/ CPM certification preferable.

Responsibilities

• Manages financial operations of the site following company and government rules.
• Develops and oversees site management programs, plans and contracts.
• Prepares operating budgets and long-term capital needs studies.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and timely documentation.
• Prepares reports: monthly management, occupancy, bad debt write-off, and expenses.
• Oversees leasing, income certifications, and HUD/LIHTC requirements.
• Supervises staff and conducts performance appraisals.
• Maintains relationships with residents and coordinates services.
• Conducts site inspections and ensures proper maintenance and safety.
