• Drive occupancy and leasing performance with on-site staff.
• Coordinate vendor relationships for maintenance and services.
• Track work orders and unit turns; maintain schedule.
• Run rent collections and enforce leases per policy.
• Represent ownership in dealings with residents, vendors, and officials.
• Contribute to staffing and budget decisions with leadership.
