Job summary

Bader Management, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Property Manager for Joseph's Pointe in the Twin Cities area. The role focuses on overseeing operations, maintenance, budgeting, and marketing to maximize occupancy and profitability.

The successful candidate will lead a cohesive team, deliver excellent resident service, and build industry relationships while ensuring OSHA compliance and Fair Housing adherence. A strong commitment to professional growth is expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Property Manager experience.
• High School or better.

Responsibilities

• Understand, manage and oversee all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing team across leasing, customer service, maintenance and management personnel.
• Establish and maintain industry contacts and relationships in the property marketplace through trade organizations and networking with vendors.
• Support company philosophy, goals and safety policies; comply with OSHA standards and Fair Housing rules.
• Pursue educational opportunities for personal growth and development.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by the Regional Asset Manager.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Compensation:

• $60,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Understand, manage and oversee all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase retention, revenue, reputation and profitability.
• Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing, cohesive team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance and management personnel, in order to maximize their engagement and minimize turnover.
• Establish and maintain industry contacts and relationships in the property's marketplace through involvement in trade organizations, property management associations and networking opportunities with vendor outreach and peer groups.
• Support the company’s philosophy, goals and adhere to policies.
• Responsible for ensuring that all personnel in all departments operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules.
• Responsible for seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.
• Anything else that the Regional Asset Manager feels may fall into the Property Manager’s job description.
