Job summary

Bader is expanding into Texas and seeks a Property Manager to lead our rental operations with a focus on resident experiences and profitability. This full-time, benefit-eligible role manages leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and marketing while building a strong team and maintaining industry relationships.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., with compensation commensurate with experience and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Property Manager.
• Strong understanding of lease administration, budgeting, and marketing.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA standards.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing rules.

Responsibilities

• Understand, manage and oversee all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction, retention, revenue, reputation and profitability.
• Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing team across leasing, customer service, maintenance and management.
• Establish and maintain industry contacts through trade organizations and networking, including vendor outreach and peer groups.
• Ensure all personnel operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Comply with Fair Housing rules.
• Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development.
• Anything else that the Regional Asset Manager feels may fall into the Property Manager’s job description.
