Job summary

Allied Property Management, a division of Allied National Services, is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee multiple commercial properties in the Twin Cities. You will lead day-to-day operations, manage leases, coordinate maintenance, and build strong tenant relationships to ensure smooth, compliant property performance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial property management, knowledge of leases and financials, and proficiency with property management software and MS

Qualifications

• Real Estate or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in commercial property management.
• Strong understanding of commercial leases, maintenance, and financial management.
• Experience with property acquisitions is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
• Real Estate License in Minnesota is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.

• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and policy compliance.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee multiple commercial properties in the Twin Cities area. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to manage day-to-day operations effectively. This role may also involve participation in acquisitions, providing insight and analysis on potential properties.

Minimum Education Required

Highschool Diploma Required. Associates Or Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
