Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, supervise staff, maintain the building, handle administrative duties for internal and external agencies, and sustain positive relationships with residents.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of property management experience, 1 year in apartment management, basic math, and solid computer skills. Excellent communication and resident relations are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years property management experience.
• One year of apartment management experience.
• Basic math aptitude.
• Knowledge of computer operations including databases and spreadsheets.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and maintain good relations with residents and employees.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, evaluate and discipline staff.
• Maintain financial records and budgets for the property.
• Forecast expenditures to stay within budget.
• Supervise property office, bookkeeping, marketing, and lease prep per program requirements.
• Code invoices to G/L items and prepare reports as required.
