Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking an Associate Director, Affordable Housing to oversee a portfolio of affordable supportive housing properties and to develop the housing management mission across sites. The role requires strong supervisory experience and deep knowledge of HUD, Tax Credit financing, and property management.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, driving resident satisfaction, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining high financial performance.

Qualifikationen

• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Five years of multi-site supportive housing management experience.
• Strong knowledge of housing development and property management including HUD, Tax Credit and financing.
• Administrative self-sufficiency; ability to work long hours and travel as needed.
• Experience with HUD and Tax Credit properties.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of affordable supportive housing properties.
• Develop and sustain the housing management mission and team.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and financial performance across properties.
• Ensure compliance with housing codes, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead safety, reporting, and administrative duties as assigned by supervisor.
