Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our housing communities, supervise staff, and ensure safe, well-maintained properties in the Denver area.

This role handles budgeting, bookkeeping, leasing, and resident relations, coordinating with program staff to meet organizational goals while upholding VOA policies and Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years property management experience.
• One year of apartment management experience.
• Basic math aptitude and good communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the property, including staff supervision and maintenance.
• Maintain office files for all business and financial records; credit and deposit processing.
• Forecast expenditures to prepare and manage the budget.
• Supervise leasing, marketing, and lease preparations per policy.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and VOA policies.
• Submit reports to management, owners, or government agencies.
• Respond to resident requests and complaints.
