Qualifications

• Low-Income Housing Tax Credit experience.

• At least 3 years of property management experience.

• Experience working with disabled residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the property and supervise staff.
• Maintain financial records, collect rent, and manage expenditures.
• Maintain waitlists, show vacant units, and secure premises.
• Inspect property and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage timekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and guidelines.
