Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking an experienced Property Manager II to lead daily operations, financial performance, compliance, and resident experience at one or more affordable housing communities in the Atlanta area. Location: Princeton Court located in Atlanta, GA.

The role includes overseeing operations, budgeting, HUD/LIHTC compliance, leasing, marketing, and staff supervision to ensure high occupancy and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of property management experience required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, resident services, and staff performance.
• Supervise site team members, including maintenance, housekeeping, and service coordination staff.
• Manage operating budgets, financial reporting, and expense controls; ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Housing Choice Voucher, RAD, and other programs.
• Maintain occupancy goals through leasing, marketing, and resident retention efforts.
• Monitor tenant files, waiting lists, and Fair Housing compliance; coordinate vendor services.
