Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartment units to achieve occupancy goals.
• Monitor hours for on-site staff in Paylocity.
• Approve bills and coordinate with Regional Property Manager.
• Maintain professional communications with residents and partners.
• Process rental applications and use screening procedures.
• Prepare and maintain resident and property records.
• Report on unpaid rents and vacancy status.
• Coordinate turnover of vacant units and move-in orientation.
• Handle maintenance requests with the Maintenance Technician.
• Learn and apply local, state, and federal tenant/landlord laws.
