Bigos Management, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager in Saint Paul, MN to handle all operational and financial aspects of the property, including leasing, collections, resident relations, and maintenance. You will lead site staff and ensure safety, policy compliance, and alignment with company values.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills, with a focus on resident relations and financial performance. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in property management preferred.
• 3-5 years management experience; property management preferred.
• 1-2 years as property manager or supervisory role preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Yardi Software experience highly preferred.
• CRM designation preferred.
• Real estate licenses must not be active in this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the site's leasing activity to maximize occupancy.
• Supervise move-in/move-out scheduling and turnover inspections.
• Monitor property assets and coordinate preventative maintenance.
• Develop positive relationships with residents, vendors, contractors, and the site team.
• Lead the team, coaching, development, and training; ensure safety compliance.
• Ensure activities comply with local, state, federal, and fair housing laws.
• Manage rent collection and eviction processes as needed.
• Perform market research using public information to advise pricing.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports to Regional Manager on time.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
