Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; industry designations (CPM, CAM, RMP) are a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint; experience with Yardi, Entrata, Asana, EliseAI is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own property financial performance by meeting occupancy and NOI goals.
• Provide accurate reporting to regional leadership.
• Execute pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends.
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies without sacrificing quality.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Partner with maintenance and vendors for high-quality service resolutions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing on-site team.
