Job summary

The Housing Authority of Jackson County (HAJC) is seeking a Property Manager II to oversee compliance and daily operations at Rogue River Estates. You will coordinate leasing, resident files, and HUD program adherence, in collaboration with an onsite attendant and a full maintenance team.

Experience in HUD/LIHTC housing, strong organizational skills, and professional communication are required. Travel for trainings and conferences is anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Manage HUD compliance and occupancy, including certifications and reporting.
• Oversee leasing, eligibility screening, move-in documents, and utility transfers.
• Support inspections and coordinate with onsite and portfolio teams.
• Maintain resident relations and address concerns professionally.
• Attend required trainings and travel for education conferences as needed.
