HAJC, Housing Authority of Jackson County, is seeking a Property Manager II to lead compliance and day-to-day operations at Rogue River Estates. You’ll coordinate leasing, resident file accuracy, and HUD program compliance, partnering with an onsite attendant and a full maintenance team.

The role emphasizes precise documentation, TRACS familiarity, and collaborative leadership. You’ll engage residents professionally, respond to concerns, prepare for inspections, and travel for annual education

Qualifications

• HUD/LIHTC affordable housing experience (HUD required for this property; LIHTC experience is a plus)
• Strong organization, documentation, and time-management skills
• Professional communication style with empathy and appropriate boundaries
