Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of property management and landlord/tenant laws.
• Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage a fast-paced office.
• Ability to manage and work with a diverse group of people and personalities.
• Superb attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to establish rent levels.
• Review rent schedules and oversee rent increases and renewals.
• Maintain optimum occupancy levels.
• Process move-ins, move-outs, recertifications, and renewals.
• Approve rental applications in line with standards.
• Follow marketing policies and reporting requirements.
• Keep tenant files and site data accurate and compliant.
• Ensure site compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Direct maintenance teams to implement programs.
• Report incidents per company policy.
• Prepare annual budgets and provide financial reporting.
• Solicit bids and process POs/invoices as needed.
• Ensure timely rent collection and deposits per local laws.
