Job summary

WinnCompanies seeks a Property Manager II for Sereno Hills, a 117-unit affordable community in Los Angeles, CA. You will manage, market, and maintain the property, aiming to meet financial objectives and regulatory standards.

The role requires coordinating rent levels, occupancy, and tenant move-ins/outs while ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to policies. Competitive benefits accompany a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years relevant work experience.
• LITHC and Tax Credit experience required.
• Knowledge of property management and landlord-tenant laws.
• Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to establish rent levels.
• Review rent schedules and oversee rent increases/renewals.
• Maintain optimum occupancy.
• Process move-ins, move-outs, recertifications, and renewals.
• Approve applications adhering to property and agency standards.
• Ensure site compliance with state and federal program regulations.
• Direct maintenance team to implement maintenance programs.
• Provide accurate financial reporting and monthly variance reporting.
